Not A Wordless Wednesday...

I was actually going to post my first ‘Wordless Wednesday’ but I actually need words today; words in the form of prayers and good thoughts.

My father-in-law has been on the heart transplant list at Tampa General in Florida since the middle of last year. He is now in the hospital and has been moved up on the list. They decided yesterday afternoon to keep him another seven days bumping him up to the top of the list. I’m asking that you say a prayer or send good thoughts his way in hopes that they find a suitable donor for him.

Praying my ass off. My dad waited 98 days to get his heart. The day AFTER they bumped him to an A1 or
1A (can't remember) status which is top of the list, is when he got the heart.

Keep me posted.

How nerve-wracking.

I hope he gets his heart soon.

Said a prayer for him, and your family.

Wait. What? said...

Keeping my fingers crossed and praying as well for a suitable donor to be found timely.

Hang in there - this has to be stressful!

You KNOW I'm praying my heart out for him. And say 'Hi' to the lovely sitting there next to him.

I see this was your last post and it was from Wednesday.... I said a prayer that I hope he is recovering from his transplant or getting one RIGHT now. :) Good luck and all the positive energy in the world.
