The Tax Man Part Deux...

I posted two days ago about the election going on in my neck of the woods and I’m happy to say good triumphed over evil. It is the perfect example of how people can come together and make a change for the better. We had a common goal and the right person stepped up to the plate. What started as a snowball’s chance in hell turned into an avalanche; that small snowball in the hands of Joe Kral made it happen.

A little known candidate a short time ago came to the forefront winning with 60% of the vote…as a write-in; and that, my friends, is pretty much unheard of; but it happened.

The really great thing is that he did not make a single promise to anyone (What?!? A politician not making promises?); not to the people that donated to his campaign, not to the people that volunteered their time, not to anyone. He stood by the foundation of his campaign of being ‘fair and equitable’.

Sometimes…the good guy does finish first.
