Old Dehli Part Two...

My last post gave an overall view of what one could expect to see on a street in Old Dehli…if one merely stood at the end of that street and not walk down it. One might be content with that and move on…or one might delve into the complexity of it.

There is beauty in India, but to most westerners there is culture shock. You’ll see people bathing in public because running water in a home is a luxury, not a necessity.

You’ll see monkeys hanging on power lines (quite amusing to me seeing that India is the Call Center of the world)…

…and monkeys looking for a snack from a local banana vendor.

Housing doesn’t look that appealing….

…until you see it’s better than sleeping on a curb.

Cows may be sacred, but they work hard…

…as do the people.

Not wanting to end this post on a depressing note I’ll insert some humor. Here are two signs we saw that I have to include.

All I have to say is if I’m buying the best cock around, I would hope that it wouldn’t need treatment for sexual weakness!

Until my next post about Old Dehli…

Oh my. You're not in Kansas anymore. Uh, Illinois, actually. Kansas is Southwest of here. Like India. Just not as far.

I've heard from many people about the culture shock, and it's a place that's probably close to last on my list of places to visit.

@ Lceel
No, its not Kansas, or Illinois or even Oz...

@ Avitable
India was not on my Bucket List as a place I wanted to visit...let alone live in.
