My Son In Law

My son-in-law was in an automobile accident yesterday. HE’s FINE. Shaken up and bruised, but fine. Someone blew a red light and hit him on the passenger side while he was going through the intersection. Thank God it was on the passenger side, because that door ended up inside the vehicle. The other car hit him with such force that his truck ended up on the side walk…between two poles. He told me that even though it happened so fast it was amazing how many things went through his head.

I love him as though he were my own son and he is a blessing to our family.

About two months ago I had a post exploiting my grandchildren. I shared a video of each of them which you can see here. My grandson, the Rock Star, stated that his dad was in a band and was teaching him to play guitar. Someone asked if his dad was really in a band. Well, the answer is yes and I’d like to share a few songs that they recorded about 6 years ago. He is singing lead vocal and playing bass on these. He also wrote the first and last one.

‘Round and Round’

I am glad that he is okay.. Accidents are so scary.

I listened to the majority of the New Drug song.. I am a sucker for romance and I think it is very sweet that he wrote that for your daughter. He is talented.

I'm so glad he's O.K. The music is good - he and my #2 son should get together. He is a GREAT guitarist and singer.

Glad to hear he's okay. That happened to my older sister a few years ago, and somehow she made it through unhurt as well.

Oh I really like the New Drug song. It was fun & upbeat. The first line of you post made me gasp. I think you should have put the "he's fine" first!!

Awesome.

And I'm of course glad that your son-in-law is relatively unscathed.

That's pretty cool that you've avoided the usual mother-in-law / son-in-law hostility. My mother-in-law and I got a long real well, when she was alive.

Very glad your talented son n law is ok. I hate it when people don't pay attention at the risk of other people. Or they just flat out don't think the laws apply to them!!!

So sorry about the accident.
Are you sure he is all right.
My best guy was rear ended and
thought there was no problem.
The next day his back went out
and he is still suffering.
Loved his singing and music.
What a great family...
