A few weeks ago I started to diet and exercise in order to shed some pounds and inches…
Then I decided to shed some bad habits…

Thank you. I am hot!...but I think that has a lot to do with the hot flashes. Anyhair it's amazing what a new 'do' will do for your confidence!
